Start Your Request
Log into your Five account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
